Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and regional office team.
• Manage AR and AP processes, invoicing, collections, and vendor discounts.
• Coordinate month-end close with corporate and GAAP compliance.
• Provide monthly reports on margins, utilization, and costs.
• Monitor leases and vendor contracts; review customer contracts and credit.
• Oversee portal from quote to invoicing and training needs.
