Responsibilities

• Lead project accounting efforts with emphasis on margin analysis and software utilization.
• Supervise accounts receivable processes: invoicing, collections, AR aging, lien waivers, and releases.
• Supervise accounts payable: purchasing, cost accounting, and vendor discounts optimization.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes with Regional Accounting Manager.
• Monitor equipment costs, overtime, and generate timely financial reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure data availability.
