Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting department, ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting, and support strategic decision-making. You will work directly with the CFO, mentor staff, and drive process improvements in a hybrid USA-based role.

The position requires a strong accounting background, leadership skills, and a detailed-oriented approach to ensure accuracy as the company scales. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience; at least 2 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Compile and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Deliver accurate financial data to senior management on time.
• Establish and update accounting policies and procedures; lead budgeting and forecasting.
• Track budget performance and analyze variances; manage AP/AR and cash flow.
• Oversee multi-state sales/use tax filings; supervise accounting staff.
• Support audits, internal controls, and SOX compliance; drive process improvements.
