Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with bank reconciliation and bookkeeping processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of cash flow management.
• Oversee bookkeeping functions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with auditors and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
