Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a high-visibility corporate accounting function. You will partner with senior leadership on financial reporting, process improvements, and strategic initiatives in a hybrid work environment with Friday remote flexibility.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 6+ years of progressive accounting experience (including public and corporate), 3+ years in leadership, strong US GAAP knowledge,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry.
3+ years of accounting leadership experience managing and developing teams.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, and general ledger accounting.
CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and experience improving accounting processes.

Responsibilities

Lead corporate accounting operations and oversee a team of accounting professionals.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial results.
Support consolidated financial reporting and corporate reporting requirements.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, accounting policies, and internal controls.
Partner with departments across the organization to drive process improvements and business initiatives.
