Dexian is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager in a hybrid Fort Worth role. You will own month-end close, oversee general ledger activity, and lead the audit process. A path to Controller exists as the company grows, with direct exposure to leadership and process improvements.

The role requires CPA, 5+ years in accounting, and strong GAAP knowledge. Experience with job costing and ERP systems is highly valued. A 20% target bonus accompanies a base salary of $110,000–$140,000.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of month-end close.
• Public accounting or external audit experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience managing accounting professionals.
• Construction, industrial services, or field-services accounting experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with job costing, WIP, percentage-of-completion, or similar project-based accounting is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Own and oversee the month-end and year-end close process.
• Manage general ledger activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Lead the external audit process and serve as the primary accounting contact for auditors.
• Supervise and develop accounting team members and offshore resources.
• Review financial results, analyze variances, and provide insights to leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.
• Oversee job costing, work-in-progress, and related accounting activities.
• Partner with leadership on process improvements, internal controls, and accounting efficiencies.
• Support ERP and accounting system initiatives and implementations.
• Assist with tax compliance and related reporting.
