Vanguard ID Systems, a leader in printed cards and RFID tagging, seeks an Accounting Manager to own daily accounting, AR/AP, and monthly close. You will work in QuickBooks Online, Ramp, and Bill.com, manage collections and vendor payments, and improve reporting accuracy.

Qualifications include 5+ years of full-cycle accounting, proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel, and experience with reconciliations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting or full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with AR, AP, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with manufacturing costs or inventory accounting is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own AR workflow from invoicing to payments, collections, and reconciliation.
• Manage vendor onboarding, bill processing, and payments; maintain records.
• Own the monthly close process and related schedules.
• Monitor cash, forecast needs, and coordinate fund transfers.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate records with providers.
