The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, oversee invoicing and collections, and ensure accuracy across revenue recognition and project accounting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing AP, AR, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems; Vantagepoint experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including cash receipts, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Oversee client invoicing, collections, cash flow reporting, and revenue generation activities.
• Monitor project accounting data, WIP balances, revenue recognition, and financial accuracy within Vantagepoint.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, account analyses, dashboard metrics, and management reporting.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting activities, including payroll reviews, tax filings, and compliance reporting.
