Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the full AR cycle and lead the AR team. You will manage billing, cash application, collections, and reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and timely close.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in AR, strong ERP and Excel skills, and proven leadership. You will drive process improvements, monitor aging, credit risk, and work with internal teams to resolve disputes and optimize cash flow.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience, including experience managing or leading an AR team.
• Strong knowledge of the complete AR cycle: credit, collections, cash application, reconciliations, aging, and close.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer credit and evaluating credit risk.
• Strong ERP systems experience and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex account discrepancies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including billing, cash application, collections, credit management, account reconciliation, and reporting.
• Lead and develop the AR team, with workload management and process improvements.
• Oversee customer credit management, including credit reviews, limits, terms, and risk assessment.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports, identify past-due balances, and drive collections.
• Review and reconcile customer accounts and GL activity for accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Monitor AR metrics, collections activity, and payment trends; resolve disputes with internal teams.
• Support month-end close activities related to AR and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes, controls, reporting, and overall efficiency.
