Job summary

Wella Operations US LLC seeks an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting for North America, ensuring accurate reporting, timely close, and strong controls. You will partner with Shared Service Centers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements.

The role oversees month-end close, balance sheet management, reconciliations, reserve reviews, audit support, and compliance activities while advancing operational excellence across finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in consumer products, retail, manufacturing, or distributions.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end reporting support.
• Support internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance activities.
