Job summary

WeightWatchers in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead the North America accounting operations, drive the close process, and strengthen internal controls for audit readiness. The role partners with FP&A and business stakeholders to ensure timely financial reporting and scalable processes across evolving offerings.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years of accounting leadership, strong US GAAP knowledge, and CPA preferred; experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Workday,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including leadership.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and close experience.
• SOX controls and audit support experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA general accounting and close activities, manage close calendar and reporting.
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, analyses with audit trails.
• Understand payroll, leases, fixed assets, intercompany, and other accounting areas in NA operations.
• Drive variance analysis and partner with FP&A to explain results and risks.
• Escalate and resolve accounting issues with clear recommendations to NA Controller.
