Element Fleet Management is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting activities for our North American lease portfolio. You will oversee the monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting while driving improvements and automation across processes.

You will manage four accounting professionals, collaborate with Finance and Operations, and ensure adherence to US GAAP and IFRS. This hybrid role offers location options in Owings Mills, MD or Hopkins, MN and a competitive

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA designation.
• Progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience leading accounting professionals.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel and cross-team communication skills.
