Job summary

Boly:Welch is seeking an Accounting Manager to own core accounting operations, safeguard the integrity of financial reporting, and help the accounting function work smarter and more efficiently. This hands-on, individual-contributor role will oversee AP/AR, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close while driving process improvements.

You will contribute to financial reporting, banking and cash management, and cross-department collaboration, with an initial on-site training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with cloud-based accounting systems.
• Experience supporting AP and expense management platforms.
• Intercompany accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable; preparing journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain clear records and supporting documentation.
• Oversee banking and cash management; prepare recurring financial reports.
