Qualifications

• ERP experience with QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Highly organized and analytical with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Identify opportunities for cost and process improvement.
• Ability to work remotely and across business functions in a distributed team.
• Ability to embrace and manage change and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance with 8–10 years of accounting experience.
• 5+ years in an accounting manager role within manufacturing or distribution.”

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close processes for the company.
• Monitor financial performance and analyze variances to budget and prior periods.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and identify trends and risks.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate balances.
• Develop and monitor internal controls for finance and operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Document key accounting processes and procedures.
• Assist with audits and liaise with CPA firms and insurers.
• Oversee A/R, A/P, and cash management, optimizing working capital.
