CFGI is seeking an Accounting Manager in Miami to lead the accounting team, oversee month-end close, intercompany activities, payroll oversight, fixed assets, and financial reporting. The role supports international expansion and M&A activity, working with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of general financial accounting and internal controls.
• Ability to review payroll-related accounting without handling payroll processing.

Responsabilités

• Lead month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations and schedules.
• Oversee intercompany transfer pricing calculations and intercompany billings.
• Manage intercompany close, reconcile balances and ensure timely elimination.
• Oversee payroll accounting oversight and payroll team activities.
• Provide guidance to accounting staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee accounts payable and expense reimbursement processes.
• Maintain cash flow forecasting for planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate with payroll and other stakeholders for period-end close and reporting.
• Support audits with documentation and timely responses.
• Assist with international expansion, multi-currency accounting and local reporting needs.
• Play a key role in M&A activity and purchase accounting integration.
