Job summary

CFGI is seeking an Accounting Manager – Internal to lead the internal accounting team and safeguard the integrity of financial reporting. The role combines hands-on accounting with oversight of month-end close, intercompany processes, accounts payable, and fixed assets, while supporting payroll oversight and cross-functional projects.

You will guide the payroll team, assist with M&A integrations and purchase accounting, and help drive improvements as CFGI expands internationally.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of general financial accounting and internal controls.
• Experience with month-end close, intercompany accounting, and GL activity review.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close process with journal entries, reconciliations and schedules.
• Oversee intercompany transfer pricing calculations and intercompany billings.
• Supervise payroll accounting oversight without payroll processing responsibilities.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to the accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee accounts payable and expense reimbursement processes and controls.
• Support international expansion and multi-currency accounting needs.
