Qualifications

• Must have hands-on leadership experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting skills
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Proactive, ownership-minded professional who drives change

Responsibilities

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Lead general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve business performance.
• Drive ERP optimization, automation, and scalable accounting processes.
• Prepare for audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Mentor and develop junior accounting staff.
• Transform finance through technology and continuous improvement
