Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks an Accounting Manager to own the month-end close, oversee GL, and mentor staff. You will partner with Finance leadership and executives on key initiatives to improve reporting quality and controls in a growth-focused environment.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 7+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, and strong US GAAP/SOX knowledge; SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience leading or supervising accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and SOX controls; SAP experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and customer credit functions.
• Support audits, tax filings, and SOX/J-SOX compliance initiatives.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff while enhancing accounting processes and controls.
