Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience in roles such as Senior Accountant or Assistant Controller.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, close processes, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate general ledger in accordance with US GAAP and policy.
• Manage cash forecasting, banking, accounts payable, collections, and working capital.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and analyses for department leaders.
• Coordinate sales/use tax filings with external advisors; support audits and compliance.
• Support intercompany accounting and international consolidation.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting workflows.
• Coach staff and progressively assume broader leadership responsibilities.
