Arrow in Denver is seeking an Accounting Manager I to lead the general ledger close, oversee a team of accountants, and ensure timely financial reporting. This hands-on role requires strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and collaboration with global teams.

You will drive month-end close, GAAP research, and special projects while building relationships across finance. A CPA/CMA or Master’s is preferred for growth within a global tech company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong GAAP knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff in GL close and monthly/ quarterly close activities.
• Review journals, reconciliations, and financial reporting for accuracy.
• Oversee GAAP issues research and provide direction on technical accounting matters.
• Manage month-end close and consolidation across business units; coordinate Hyperion usage.
• Lead special projects to implement new processes or changes in structure.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 and relevant policies.
• Support continuous process improvement within accounting operations.
