Job summary

Busy Season Staffing Solutions is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, lead the accounting team, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting for the organization.

The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, proficient in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems, and capable of improving internal controls, month-end close, and financial analysis to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 5–7 years of accounting experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
• Manage and support the accounting team, ensuring responsibilities and deadlines are met.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
