Job summary

Busy Season Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to support payroll operations and ensure accuracy in our accounting processes. The successful candidate will maintain up-to-date payroll records, perform reconciliations, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations while collaborating with HR and finance teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in accounting and experience with ADP are required, with strong Excel skills and discretion in handling confidential

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
Minimum 1 year of payroll experience.
Experience using the ADP system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Process and review payroll accurately and appropriately.
Maintain up-to-date payroll-related records and documentation.
Perform reconciliations and assist with relevant accounting entries.
Review payroll reports and identify potential discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of employee information.
