The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the monthly close and financial reporting for our Home Health and Hospice segment in Boise, ID.

You will partner with accounting leaders to modernize processes, ensure GAAP compliance, and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations. This is a fast-paced role in a growth-focused company that values accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ability to apply accounting principles.
• 4+ years of experience in a corporate or public accounting setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement prep.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for assigned locations.
• Ensure financial statements are prepared accurately in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Assist with external audits and serve as liaison for audit requests.
• Maintain SOX compliance and internal control standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff to build a high-performing team.
