The ideal candidate brings a strong corporate accounting background, hands-on close management, and proven ability to drive process improvements across the organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams and offshore partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Recent hands-on experience with Month-End Close, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, GL reconciliations, and account analyses.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting.
• Maintain SOX controls and company accounting policies.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and drive process improvements.
