CAREER FOUNDATIONS INC. is seeking an Accounting Manager for a full-time, hybrid role based in Raleigh. You will oversee accounting and financial reporting, focusing on inventory, capital expenditures, property and equipment, and lease portfolios.

The role blends technical accounting, close ownership, internal controls, audit support, and leadership of a small accounting team. Collaboration with Finance and Operations is essential to ensure accurate, complete financial information and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Experience with inventory and fixed asset accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• CPA or comparable credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting and reporting for designated balance sheet and asset-related accounts.
• Ensure monthly close is accurate and timely.
• Oversee depreciation, capital expenditures, and asset records.
• Manage lease accounting and right-of-use assets.
• Coordinate with audits and maintain strong internal controls.
• Develop procedures for inventory accounting and reporting.
• Direct offshore accounting team and coach staff.
