The position requires a Master's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience, with initial in-office onboarding and potential hybrid/remote work thereafter.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting knowledge including financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of GASB principles and accounting best practices.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams through coaching and performance management.
• Experience leveraging financial and accounting systems to support operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations behind loan, investment, and real estate portfolios with accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Oversee banking and cash management activities.
• Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and controls.
