Job summary

CFS in Manchester, NH is seeking a Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst to join a high-visibility finance team. You will lead month-end close, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide actionable financial analysis to senior leadership.

The role requires 5–7 years of general ledger and reporting experience, strong US GAAP/SOX/IFRS knowledge, advanced Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work option available as you settle in.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and IFRS.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
• Oversee invoicing, cash receipts, accounts payable, and banking activities.
• Coordinate audits, tax reporting, fixed assets, and inventory-related accounting functions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
