Job summary

INFRA is hiring an Accounting Manager to lead financial operations, ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cross-department collaboration. You will mentor the Accounting Assistant, influence process improvements, and support the organization’s mission-driven goals while maintaining strong internal controls.

You will own the monthly close, oversee reporting, and manage compliance with GAAP, audits, and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years of prior accounting/finance team management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and annual close processes ensuring accurate reporting.
• Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Manage inventory accounting, costing, and related reconciliations for The Good Collective exclusive brand.
• Improve close process efficiency and implement enhanced controls.
• Oversee AR & AP including collections and vendor relationships.
