You will combine technical accounting knowledge with people leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving, overseeing asset portfolios, program administration, and financial reporting while guiding a team of accounting professionals. The role blends in-office onboarding with potential hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Experience compiling federal reports in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Strong understanding of accounting controls and GASB compliance.
• Proficiency with computerized financial and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations to ensure accurate asset portfolios, programs, reporting, and compliance.
• Ensure transactions are recorded on time to support monthly financial reporting.
• Manage the annual external audit process and coordinate data gathering with stakeholders.
• Prepare and oversee financial and accounting reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
