Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; K-IFRS a plus.
• Hands-on with month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience supporting external audits and tax compliance; coordinating with outside auditors.
• Proficiency with a major ERP system and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, coordinating with HQ in Korea and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet close deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and prepare close documentation.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations; ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee accounts payable, intercompany accounting, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors; prepare schedules and documentation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with department heads and cost centers.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations with headquarters and affiliates.
