Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in progressive accounting roles, including supervisory experience.
• Strong US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with month-end close and financial statement prep.
• Public accounting background a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to lead and develop accounting staff and collaborate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely reporting.
• Manage general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals.
• Prepare monthly statements, management reports, and schedules.
• Support audits with external auditors.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Operations on reporting and initiatives.
• Assist with ERP enhancements and system implementations.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff.
