Job summary

NC America, Irvine, CA-based Accounting Manager role, reports to HQ in Korea and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely financial reporting under US GAAP. You will lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closes, oversee intercompany accounting, and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to strengthen internal controls and compliance.

The position requires 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel/ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with month‑end and year‑end close and reconciliations.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and multi‑entity consolidation.
• CPA and bilingual Korean/English are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable and intercompany accounting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and improve controls.
• Support budgeting and cash management activities.
