Job summary

NC America is hiring an Accounting Manager to lead daytime accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. You will oversee month-lag closes, AP, intercompany accounting, and coordination with auditors and tax advisors. You will maintain GL integrity and improve procedures with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires working with headquarters in Korea and a strong focus on controls, budgeting support, and cash management. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience leading month-end and year-end close processes.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience supporting external audits and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable and intercompany accounting processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Ensure integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
