CJ America, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant Manager in Los Angeles to lead the full-cycle close under IFRS and US GAAP, coordinating with headquarters in Korea. You will review SAP journal entries, manage the monthly/year-end close, and support ICFR and audit activities across U.S. affiliates.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, prepare variance analyses, and maintain ERP master data and budget/forecast data for management review.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Hands-on experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP).

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve SAP journal entries with proper documentation.
• Manage and maintain Settlement (Monthly/Year-End) Checklist.
• Execute monthly and year-end close; prepare final close reports (P&L).
• Lead quarterly IFRS reporting; submit materials to headquarters in Korea.
• Prepare IFRS variance analyses for GRM approval.
• Coordinate audits and respond to external auditor requests.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual forecast data for HQ.
• Oversee cost centers in the ERP system and expense reports review.
