Maravai LifeSciences Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Accounting to lead the General Ledger and Month-End Close, oversee equity accounting, and partner with FP&A, tax, treasury, payroll, and operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and strong leadership within a fast-paced biotech finance environment. The position reports to the Assistant Controller and offers responsibility for intercompany, equity platforms, and external audits, with a salary range reflecting senior

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA is required (active or in process)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP including ASC 718 equity accounting
• Public company experience with SOX and internal controls
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
• Experience with equity administration platforms (Certent/Equity Edge, Fidelity or similar) preferred
• Experience supporting SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K) and working with external auditors
• High attention to detail, strong communication and leadership skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes and GL activities
• Own journal entries for accruals and prepaids
• Oversee cash, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting
• Manage equity accounting, RSU/stock option grants, ESPP transactions
• Coordinate with external auditors and SEC reporting
• Develop staff and implement process improvements
• Ensure SOX controls and internal control documentation
