Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a Manager, Accounting to lead the general ledger and month-end close processes, oversee equity accounting and administration, and partner with cross-functional teams including FP&A, tax, treasury, and operations. The role reports to the Assistant Controller and requires strong leadership, communication, and GAAP expertise.

The position involves ensuring SOX-compliant internal controls, supporting external audits, and providing accurate financial disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required/in-process.
• 5–7 years progressive accounting experience; 2+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 718 equity accounting.
• Public company SOX experience and internal controls over financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly and quarterly close; manage general ledger activities.
• Oversee intercompany, cash, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Oversee equity accounting, plan administration, RSU/stock options, ESPP.
• Coordinate with auditors; support SEC reporting and footnotes.
