Ashton North LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Accounting Manager to supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, provide internal financial reporting, and mentor a team of accountants.

You will review reconciliations, maintain general ledger integrity, ensure SOX controls, and partner with auditors on audits. Strong GAAP knowledge, Excel/Access skills, and the ability to drive process improvements are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years accounting experience with supervisory exposure in high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams through change and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Review complex reconciliations and financial analyses.
• Direct activities of GL accounting, vendor billing, cash reconciliation, fixed assets, and capex accounting.
• Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements and resource efficiency.
• Lead teams through change and maintain integrity of the general ledger.
• Prepare schedules and collaborate with internal/external auditors.
