Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. is a leading provider of enterprise-class data center, cloud, and interconnection services, headquartered in Dallas, TX.

The Accounting Manager will oversee US GAAP month-end close and serve as the primary contact for external auditors while managing JV accounting with IFRS compliance. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (Big 4 preferred) and strong Excel/NetSuite skills, with a CPA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Active CPA license is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, mix of public and corporate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage US GAAP month-end close components and lead internal/external reporting.
• Prepare internal management reports and external financial statements with necessary disclosures.
• Handle JV accounting, apply IFRS, and coordinate GAAP-to-IFRS adjustments.
