DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Staff Accountant in Dallas, TX to manage the financial close, ensure GL accuracy, and lead process improvements. The role emphasizes tax-related duties and support for management on diverse tasks.

Ideal candidates hold a business Administration/Accounting background with 1–3 years of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with NetSuite and Excel. This position offers a structured environment in a leading data center and cloud services company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent with financial accounting courses.
• Accounting degree is a plus.
• 1-3 years' experience in accounting; tax accounting experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and MS Office; Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP).

Responsabilités

• Assist Tax Director with federal, state, and local tax returns and documentation.
• Support closing process: journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain tax records and prepare responses to tax authorities.
• Assist with sales and use tax systems and exemptions.
• Meet deadlines with minimal supervision; exercise professional judgment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
