Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. in Dallas, TX seeks an Accounting Manager to lead US GAAP month-end close, manage JV accounting under IFRS, and coordinate external audits.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and a CPA is a plus. You’ll work with FP&A, Legal and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance across entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge with basic IFRS familiarity.
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with NetSuite ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated components of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes per US GAAP.
• Prepare internal management reports and external financial statements with footnotes.
• Handle JV accounting, applying IFRS principles and GAAP adjustments.
• Serve as primary liaison for external auditors and coordinate audit evidence.
• Research and document complex technical accounting issues under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and Operations to provide accurate financial insights.
