Job summary

Thrive Health Systems is seeking a finance professional to support diverse financial processes in our Colorado Springs office. You will oversee payroll, AP/AR, and tax tasks while coordinating with property managers, tenants, and vendors.

The role requires confidentiality, 3-5 years of related experience, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace. Duties include weekly reporting, audits, and onboarding/offboarding activities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years performing similar work in accounting, bookkeeping or operational finance.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and general bookkeeping, not a pure bookkeeping role.
• Strong management skills and ability to lead tasks.
• Excellent teamwork and clear communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suites and spreadsheets.
• Demonstrates confidentiality and integrity in handling finances.

Responsibilities

• Sales Tax Filing Monthly and Quarterly for state and local taxes.
• Accounts Receivable - Residents and Tenants management.
• Process deposits and review ACH returns.
• Handle leases and related financials.
• Payroll processing and time punch verifications.
• HR-related onboarding/offboarding and 401k liaison duties.
• Vendor setup, AP processing, and recurring invoices.
• Expense audits and credit card reconciliations.
