Thrive Physical Therapy Partners seeks a highly skilled Controller to lead the corporate and multi-location accounting function. You will own the general ledger, financial reporting, and consolidation for Thrive and its affiliates, while guiding integrations from acquisitions and improving close processes.

The ideal candidate has CPA credentials, 5+ years in a Controller role, healthcare/RCM experience, and a track record of building strong accounting policies within a fast-growing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; CPA certification.
• 5+ years of Controller experience in multi-location companies.
• Healthcare industry and RCM exposure preferred.
• G/L and financial reporting responsibility.
• Experience creating/enhancing accounting policies in a high-growth setting.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar software.
• 2+ years of managing company audits.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• On-site in downtown Chicago 4–5 days/week.

Responsabilités

• Own General Ledger, financial reporting, and consolidation for corporate and subsidiaries.
• Lead financial integrations for acquisitions (vendor transfer, bank setup, etc.).
• Produce timely monthly and annual financial reports.
• Design and optimize financial processes; manage month-end close.
• Leverage new technology to improve efficiency.
• Support annual financial audits and ad hoc audits.
• Assist treasury with cash flow analysis and credit card program.
• Lead and develop accounting staff; mentor team members.
• Strengthen relationships with leadership, lenders, and partners.
