Blackbird Health is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to support our growing Finance team. You will report to the Director of Accounting and partner with Finance and cross-functional leaders to build out our modern accounting architecture.

You will own day-to-day general ledger operations, including journal entries, flux analysis, multi-entity consolidations, balance sheet reconciliations, and full-cycle accounts payable management.

Formación

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting in a high-growth, multi-state startup environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA is a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, multi-entity consolidations, journal entries, and variance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and accruals.
• Prepare audit-ready workpapers, schedules, and internal controls for external audits.
• Support ERP implementation projects and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with FP&A and cross-functional teams to drive insights.
