Cobalt Service Partners, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the monthly close, financial reporting, and controls for a growing portfolio of operating companies across the United States. This hands-on role collaborates with the regional finance team on revenue recognition, job costing, payroll oversight, and audits.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, solid GAAP knowledge, and experience with ERP systems like QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and ServiceTitan.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience with hands-on ownership of monthly close.
• Strong command of GAAP, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Experience running close/reporting across multiple entities or subsidiaries.
• Comfort with ERP systems like QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, ServiceTitan and adapting to new tools.
• Strong Excel and data-modeling skills; ability to bring structure to ambiguity.

Aufgaben

• Close & reporting: run monthly close, deliver accurate flash, improve speed/accuracy.
• Project accounting: manage revenue recognition and job costing for projects, inventory where applicable.
• Forecasting: prepare financial package and 13-week cash flow forecast.
• Controls/KPIs: maintain budgets, KPIs, and regulatory compliance.
• ERP: support implementations and integrations with regional finance team.
• Team: supervise accounting staff, oversee payroll, AR, and AP.
