Cobalt Service Partners, LLC is building a national accounting operations capability. The Accounting Manager role is hands-on, overseeing monthly closes, project accounting, and multi-entity reporting across operating companies.

You will work with ERP tools and support audits while developing the accounting team. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of relevant experience, solid GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel/data modeling skills.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience with hands-on monthly close ownership.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to prepare accurate financial statements.
• Experience managing close and reporting across multiple entities or subsidiaries.
• Comfort with ERP systems and learning new tools quickly.
• Excellent Excel and data modeling skills for analysis and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Close & reporting: run monthly close, deliver fast, accurate flash reports.
• Project accounting: manage revenue recognition and job costing for projects.
• Reporting & forecasting: prepare financial packages and 13-week cash flow forecast.
• Controls & compliance: maintain budgets, KPIs, and regulatory compliance.
• ERP implementation support: assist with system implementations and integrations.
• Team leadership: supervise accounting staff, oversee payroll, AR, AP.
