Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the Accounting Operations team, drive the month-end close, and scale financial processes.

You will mentor staff handling general ledger activities across cash, intercompany, inventory, prepaids and accruals while partnering with Revenue, Central Operations and Legal. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting (public + industry), a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, CPA preferred, and proven leadership in multi-site

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience (public + industry).
• 2+ years leading a team (Senior Accountant or Manager level).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience in multi-state, multi-site, multi-entity environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Accounting Operations and manage the month-end close.
• Oversee cash, intercompany, inventory, prepaids, accruals and transfer pricing.
• Coach and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Central Operations, Legal and Strategic Finance.
