Blackbird Health is seeking an ambitious Accounting Manager to support our growing Finance team. You will own day-to-day general ledger operations, balance sheet reconciliations, and multi-entity consolidations, reporting to the Director of Accounting.

In this fast-paced, multi-state environment you’ll manage journal entries, flux analysis, AP, and ERP-system readiness, while driving audit preparation and process improvements as the team scales.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting, multi-state startup environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA is a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and multi-entity consolidations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and spend platforms.
• ERP implementation exposure and audit-prep experience.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Manage multi-entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
• Oversee accounts payable and intercompany transactions.
• Support ERP implementation and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams.
