Job summary

FYIsoft in the United States seeks a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead AR, AP, and financial reporting. This role owns daily accuracy of the books and acts as a key user of FP&A and ERP tools, supporting GAAP-compliant close and leadership presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience
• Direct experience managing AR and AP functions
• Strong financial reporting experience, including month-end close
• Tech-savvy with FP&A applications and ERP systems, and comfort with AI-powered tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Excellent communication skills with non-accountants
• Solid working knowledge of GAAP
• High attention to detail and organization

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AR operations: invoicing, collections, cash application
• Manage AP operations: vendor invoicing, approvals, payment runs
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• Partner with FP&A and leadership on budgeting and variance analysis
• Maintain ERP/FP&A tool usage for accounting workflows
• Identify opportunities to automate AR/AP and reporting
• Support audits with organized documentation
• Communicate results clearly to stakeholders
