The ideal candidate has GAAP expertise, 5–7 years of experience including supervising staff, plus experience with NetSuite, AI-enabled workflows, and multi-entity, multi-currency environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA required (or active candidate); public accounting experience is a strong plus.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in a multi-entity and multi-currency environment.
• Exposure to SOX, public-company reporting, or IPO/audit-readiness work is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual statements and management commentary.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and target shorter close cycles.
• Research and document positions on technical accounting matters (ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 718).
• Partner with FP&A to develop budgets and forecasts; analyze variances and build dashboards.
• Design, implement, and maintain internal controls over financial reporting (SOX).
• Lead automation projects to improve accounting workflows and data integrity.
• Oversee external audits and prepare PBC schedules; ensure audit-ready documentation.
