Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, Cash Application, or Credit Administration
• Proven track record improving O2C processes, controls, documentation, and operational efficiency
• Strong knowledge of AR accounting, reconciliations, aging analysis, reserves, write-offs, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
• Ability to work independently, create processes, solve problems, and drive solutions
• Multi-entity, multinational, and/or IFRS experience is a plus
